DESIGN SERVICES
THE BRIEF
Our consultations take place at our showroom and design studios or you can request a home visit. This is where we will briefly discuss your ideas in order to develop a concept that accurately reflects your personal taste and lifestyle.
This is also an opportunity to advise the client that we can source products from leading manufacturers to accommodate most budgets. The meeting is a great starting point where we can get to know our clients a little bit more. (Virtual consultations are also possible)
PRESENTATION
After a site survey has been carried out, we produce floor plans showing furniture layouts, along with mood boards showcasing finishes and product choices. We will review plans together, where we will also produce a realistic CAD drawing with virtual reality walkthroughs.
This is also a chance to welcome feedback from our client to make any additional changes and to finalise design plans.
CONCEPT
During the presentation process, we will showcase the final plans and an itemised breakdown of costs in line with the clients agreed budget. Any adjustments will be made accordingly before sign-off.
INSTALLATION
The installation phase is carried out by our in-house professional team of electricians, plumbers and carpenters. When embarking on the renovation, our team is on site to manage all aspects of work. We provide regular updates to the client so they can feel confident that the project is moving seamlessly.
